Video Of The Month 4.

Here's the video of the month. Raising Subliminalz. The first part is an unreleased track. The second part is a stream of effects and displays a set of phrases I made up for the song where the word you think will be next will likely not be. The third part was captured footage of a recycling truck howling down the streets like a sick elephant.

Today I want to show you a new site I started https://scraprabbit.bandcamp.com/releases
The CD I debuted for it was the Vodgeny single. One of my earliest songs I wrote.
The actual last 2 tracks featured originally are Halloween Day VS Hallow Night and Scrap Sampler but they couldn't upload to the site even after transferring them to wave vs mp3 format. I felt it still fits. As they were meant for true fans only. You can purchase for $4 to help support my music series.

Also I'm giving you a chance to win a free signed CD called "No Way Out." Just tell me the answers to these 10 questions that are from my video series. They should be fairly simple if you follow the series.
!contains 15 rare tracks!

1. What is magical Fear?

2. Which video debuts the "Big b.a.r.s. opened up over their heads" phrase?

3. After the song Desolate Mass Waste, contains a bonus track at the end of the video originally titled "My Stolen Hope" is called what in the video?

4. What is the last song featured in the Chaos Sampler that wasn't featured in the Vimeo performance?

5. How many versions of Razor exist on my channel? ::Hint they are listed together

6. Which video do I first get shot?

7. Which video debuts a dancing rabbit?

8. Which version of Garbage Dog is listed out of order?

Music & Mazes

Earlier This year I designed a site to promote my upcoming 'Wilterland" album. But it was up for a short time as a trial. After only weeks it would cost monthly, So caution: that some "Free Sites" are a scam.

Upcoming album (Wilterland)
(Video still)

After having numbered my music videos excluding bonus content and Storm Seizure, there's over 100 videos in the SR series.

Little Scrap (me) age 4

Also I picked up a set of bagpipes instead of a bassoon since a set of pipes is much cheaper and has more sound. Also you can spot them in my upcoming video set for April 30th called Awsive Osive.

Carrion Carnage

For Friday 13th, I decided to post the lyrics to my song "The Slaughterhouse"

I write songs that tell stories. Which is found throughout the series.

I use elements of horror and fantasy to make statement art. Which I desire to take to a more structured level.

The Slaughterhouse

Come on inside all that which dies - arrive there just before day break - fans outside the abattoir are already in motion - nothing could be expected here - head chosen as they stood frozen - frantic screams rolling off the walls deepening the pressure - the animals come to their fall - You're just the grain of cannibals as my darkness sets in now -

Welcome to the Slaughterhouse - Hypnotic blood splatters all around - corpses hanging from the ground - frightened try to escape the terror - chopping bodies everywhere - the scent of death arising the despair - rattling cages increasing their scare - conveyor of carnage cutting in two - victim 232 I'm not finished with you - bellows the gruesome butcher - alteration skin confetti - it's your turn - Are you ready? When the blades hit your head you'll hit the ground before you're dead -all I know is how I feel can't make it go away - look around everybody dies -as you start to think for yourself you'll realize what you've become and wish you could go back - keep hoping the flapping jaws tear the pig wide open - -

You're just the grain of cannibals as my darkness sets in now - Welcome to the Slaughterhouse - Hypnotic blood splatters all around - corpses hanging from the ground - frightened try to escape the terror - chopping bodies everywhere - Welcome To The Slaughter House, welcome to the slaughterhouse... As my Darkness sets in now - Welcome to The Slaughterhouse

(This being an example of one of my horror concepts. I'd like to address as before I'm humanitarian but have always been fascinated by the dark side of human nature.)

One reason I go by Scrap Rabbit is it's my alter-ego.  As metaphor of an animal that has no voice of it's own and is often prey to the world predators.

Strange Song Pt. 2

Here's some new songs to go in the Scrap Rabbit collection. These are for vimeo as I've taken a break from my youtube series. Mainly because I didn't want my channels to get too full. So here's 4 featured songs for this month's collection. The first one took 45 minutes to save due to the effect pattern.

BYOB (bring your own bassoon)

I'm trying to save up for a bassoon, they can range in the thousands for a new one and hundreds for a used one. So I don't know. I'm into hard music, yes & I like to create structure and intensity with my band Scrap Rabbit. I always found bassoons an interesting instrument though they don't have the most sound. So I decided to design a few patents to help this instrument.

First you have your basic bassoon, but this one's electric! It plugs into an amp so the sound really cooks! With distortion, groaning and grinding tones.

Next you have your sax bassoon that is a hybrid of the 2 instruments mixed with keys and higher sounds.

Then you have the boardisoon that features a keyboard that you play and blow into creating layered tones which is my favorite instrument.

Then you have the bassoon guitar or bassoon harp. Kind of a mix with plucked strings and levers you pull to alter the horn's pitch. Also the Bocal has numerous gravity pitches.

Next you have the reason I like St. Patrick's Day. The bagpipe bassoon. The funnest of this series of patents. The bag puffs up when you blow into the 3 reeds and a horn is attached to the bag.

Then you have the straw bassoon. You play like 5 flutes with a few simple keys and the sound comes out the 2 bottom straws. One high, one low. Sounds like a spitting straw flute.
Dig this one below. A bassoon whistle. It's deep sounding whistle with the rubber extenders create a very vivid tone with arpeggio riffs.

The bassoon chimer you blow into and press the various keys and the chimer rocks back and forth making dinging noises keeping rhythm with the songs. You can turn off the triangle (chimer) if you want when playing.

The Horn bassoon is played with switches you pull making the 7 notes. This one probably wouldn't sound that great as it looks like a Dr. Seuss invention that got run over by a car.
The bassoon trumpet is basically a trumpet with a much lower pitch. and is played like a bassoon with the sound coming up through the top.

The Bassoon Blower features 2 bocals for high and low pitch. If played both at the same time they sound wavy.

The Bassoon Beater below features only 4 working keys that hammer onto the rubber drum (in white) that when blown into sounds like a rattle. Sound goes downward in this exception.

The violisoon is a hybrid of a violin played with a reed that you strum and blow into making weeping sounds.

The Cellosoon is also a hybrid of a cello and bassoon. Same basic idea. Only this one has more vibrato in it.

Finally there's the modern version bassoon that I like to call the Synthisoon. A hybrid of synthesizer and bassoon with a much more simple structure. You plug into an amp and jam out with any tone you want. You can create your own and have the basic bassoon on steroids. Also has a pipe-lid on top to vacuum out the static so you can make it as heavy or soft as the player requires.

Check back for new material. Also a couple vimeo tracks feature these patents will be on my blog later.  Also, I'd like to see and hear these patents one day.
