Video Of The Month

I decided to make the video of the month of January "Putty-Eye" though not really a music video I find the song itself fascinating. Recorded January 23 according to my journal. If you're a fan from the future you noticed that there's already a song called "Putty-Eye" at the end of the "Melon Cone" single. That's a 6 minute track of dozens of sounds and voices. Yes 2 different songs with the same name.  This one is only 1 minute though. Plus a sample of different song at the end.

Side Notes: Melon Cone is the second cd of a garbage trilogy album series. I also made 3 music videos for recordings of the song "Melon Cone" Also the cd features a word find. (CD art below)

Also I made a performance video today called "Tour Of Chaos" that I'm gonna put on Vimeo over the next few days.

Scrap Rabbit

Scrap Rabbit is a band I started half a decade ago and is still as consistent as it was when it began. When you think of the name it makes me think of a rabbit made out of various trash at a junkyard and somehow came to life one day. That's exactly right. A various style of obscurity that formed itself into something unique and addictive. I jokingly admit I'm too much of a rebel for skulls and dragons as they are extremely over used. I instead rebel against them and use frozen banana peppers to site my logo. As before mentioned I've been making a new series of rare albums.

Below is the link. As a side project I decided to make this series. For now I'll just talk about the first one. It's only 15 minutes and is basically the welcome mat to the collection. Containing all 3 Dead Clown tracks and the Artificial Vortex that was gonna go on the "Discarded Remains" album but for some reason was left off. Sorrow Succabus was originally intended for "Put Out To Pasture" but also scrapped as an unused deformation so it wouldn't water down the CD.

The Stoner Show

A side effect of my music is a cartoon comic called "The Stoner Show". The plot centers around a stringy character named Jizeed who harvests a hemp factory and is looked after by his girlfriend Matega and his friends are his hallucinations that look like dancing letter F's and a naked duck named Dan who starred in his own series before this comic started called "Dan The Duck comics" (Below is one of the episodes. Sadly they don't move around a whole lot, though.)

Symbol Index

The art of symbolism is a common placement in my artwork. Today I'm gonna show a few and their meanings.

1. Rabid Chaos
(the most commonly used symbol in my series)

2. Energy Symbol
(mostly used for Energy Storm album)
(also notice it looks like a vinyl album
in this design. The yellow surrounding
the image isn't part of the symbol.)

3. Power
(used often for background art.
The symbol was made for
The War Machine Cd but
also gets used on other projects.)

4. Dumpster Divers symbol
(this is only used for Imagery or videos
containing elements of garbage in the
Scrap Rabbit
series.)

These are examples that represent the basis of each Scrap Rabbit album as the series is
meant to be somewhat of a collection like with license plates or baseball cards.
To further explore this each album has a stamp on the side that portrays their order. See index below.

Also notice the tapes below are all Scrap Rabbit tapes. There's a second shelf containing around 100 more. Totaling over 450 tapes.

The Lost Dimension of Wilterland

I don't normally enjoy pure fantasy or total reality. I like the combination of both. (story behind a CD trilogy) "The Collector Of Lost Souls"  collects lost and forgotten souls and creates a realm of nightmares. ("The Dream Dimension" number 2 of the trilogy) And uses them to construct a city of darkness where everything wilts and decays into a suburban urban wasteland called "Wilterland" (the third album of the trilogy.) The visions then become spirit-like realities where a fallen soul dies at the strike of midnight on a moon shadowed sundial. Haunted mazes of fields loom over the lice pond and tangle under.

1. The Collector Of Lost Souls (2012)
2. The Dream Dimension (2013)
3. Wilterland (2015)

Here's a depiction rendering what the cover of the 3 albums would look like as a box set:

Because It's A Cold World

"Cold World" is a song that almost became lost to time forever. A short time after finishing "The Collector Of Lost Souls" album I lost a major stack of mp3 files. Luckily I decided the song should go on the album in the end. Below is are rare pictures from the Cold World Gallery, and also a remix of the original track as an orange tinted music video.

The early world of Scrap Rabbit

Check out a new series made for some of
my rare and bizarre songs.
These aren't my best work.
But they still tie into the series.

(The early process)

Here's a picture of the original cover of Circle Of Chaos (the debut Scrap Rabbit CD). Since I didn't yet know the technology to merge images together properly the actual cover (took 4 hours to piece together and only 7 minutes to draw). Due to over length in time and lacking quality the cd would be more like 15 songs rather than 24 upon a release. A rough process in the beginning. However with practice comes perfection. With better music later to come.

See the original set list below.. Many obstacles emerged when working on this album.
